My progression at Flex took me from working student to Embedded Software Engineer and then Software Lead. It brought wider responsibility for technical direction, team coordination, and software delivery.
Today, I combine embedded software expertise with software leadership and program management. My work involves aligning requirements, development priorities, quality, and delivery commitments while working with engineering teams and external software service providers.
