Dialogue Over Dominance

I believe the recipe for success lies in discussions, debates, and even arguments. Whether they lead to agreement or disagreement, they encourage understanding and progress.

The purpose of an argument is not to win, but to challenge perspectives and find better outcomes.

Shutting someone down simply because you believe your position or authority makes you superior is a recipe for disaster.

Authority does not make you right, and disagreement does not make someone wrong.
